In Paragon Back Up & Restore 14 Free which is the best bootable usb, the linux or the WinPE. i looked at both i am not sure why one would be best to use
The Linux boot medium is easier to build, can be faster, has more options to restore (be sure you understand what they do before you use them) and can restore several partitions in the same operation. But the interface is different from the Windows interface, you can´t add drivers, and it may not work in some computers, as happens with all Linux boot media.
