Paragon 10 Prof. Restore doesn't work

Hello,

I save my XP Partition with Version 10 and now I will restore it on an second Harddisk.

But only restore on the same harddisk works, restore on the second harddrive results with 25 % (format complete) - Thats all.

Can you give us more information about how large the original hard drive is or the size of the partition you backed up. Are you restoring to a smaller hard drive?

With the 2nd HDD attached to an operating system, run a check disk on the HDD for bad sectors.

Start > Run > "cmd" > "chkdsk /r x:"

X: being the letter of your 2nd HDD.

You say it stopped at 25%. How far into the restore did it fail, time-approximately-wise. If you were able to restore to the original hard drive successfully, that tells us the archive is good and the destination hard drive is causing problems.
