Panda Titanium Anti-Virus 2005

hey guys, i just downloaded the panda av 2005. im gettin this one problem, the problem is that the AV is just rejecting all the cookies. I cannot log into any sites as it says "Cookies Rejected". I also have Zone Labs Firewall and everytime i run the panda AV and try to go to a site, the program "Webproxy.exe" asks for access. When i allow i get the error "Cookies Rejected" and when i deny it, the web page gives me a error saying that the web page is empty . IF you cant help me then please suggest me a AV. Thanx
