Panda Platinum Internet Security Only $29.95?

I was just over at DSLR's security forum. Someone found this site with Panda Platinum Internet Security being offered for only $29.95. I checked out the site, and sure enough, that is what they are selling it for. It is an OEM with a 1 year subscription.

Do you think this is a legitimate site and offer? $29.95 seems to be an extremely low price. I'm using the free offer version of Platinum 7, but for 30 bucks, I might be temped to purchase Panda IS.
