Panda Internet Security 2012 ruined my comp

Comp problems:SOUND CARD+ Ethernet card DISAPPEARED,
Panda Internet Security 2012

Installed a 30 day trial of Panda on my kids Win XP (845mobo,2.4Ghz.)
While uninstalling, it said certain System files were in their control & would be removed. So I stopped & searched every setting of Panda but could not find anything in Quarantine or the Firewall, so I returned & uninstalled.
On re-start, 1) MY onboard(inbuilt) SOUND CARD HAD DISAPPEARED, & 2) mY Realtek Ethernet card worked ocassionally.( It shows "FIREWALLED", but playing around with the Firewall+modem settings makes it work occasionally(but not the same thing everytime!!)
Help!!

 

My first thought would be to attempt a System Restore. I hope you didn't disable System Restore.

Are you using Windows 7?

If so, click start, type "System Restore" > "Restore system settings..."

Follow the on-screen directions.

I would only recommend Panda Cloud AV - the other Panda AV products are bloatware and full of bugs!

 

That's why they are giving away 6 months & 12 months free trials??..lol

 

Don't panic. Like others have said, this is fixable. You probably just need to reinstall the drivers. They are probably on the disks that came with your computer, or the websites of your computer maker.
