panda cloud detects spyshelter as a virus

    today panda cloud detect spyshelter as a virus and at the same time spyshelter warning about dangerous action of panda cloud!

    Could you please tell me what file of SpyShelter is being detected?

    Sorry I don't have a machine powerful enough to run a VM in, I did however report it to Panda.

    Yes same here.... But even after neutralizing "the threat" Spyshelter runs fine..

    After Panda says "threat" neutralized I went to the spyshelter installation folder and saw that there are two spyshelter.exe. One is the normal one and other is marked as quarantined of size 1Kb...:eek:

    i think when panda cloud neutralizes a file then the size is 1kb........

    Just got an email back from Panda Labs, they found it was an FP and will be fixed in a few hours. I am very impressed with the response, it was not a bot sending me a reply :)
