    Given:
    - PC with two 80 GB S-ATA HDDs and Windows 2000 SP4
    - each HDD has a primary and an extended partition with one logical drive
    (HDD0: C:, D:; CD-ROM: E; HDD1: F:, G:)

    Done:
    - created an image (with TI:cool: from HDD0 C: to test.tib on HDD1 G:
    - restored that image to HDD1: F and set F: active
    - shutdown
    - pulled out HDD0 from first S-ATA port
    - put HDD1 to first S-ATA port
    - power on

    Problem:
Windows won't comes to logon screen, but I can't get past this screen, because pagefile.sys is missing or to small.

I checked the boot partition from recovery console and it didn't show a pagefile.sys! Why?

I connected over network and the EventSystem errors: Can't find path.

Where is the problem with this usual configuration?

    EDIT1:
Btw: FIXBOOT, FIXMBR didn't help either.

    EDIT2:
I have the same problem with Disk Director Suite. I doesn't copy pagefile.sys and Windows goes crazy.

TI will not copy the source disk MBR into the archive unless you elect to image the whole drive (all partitions) rather than an individual partition.

    Regards

Now I know, but any hint in the docs, FAQs, ... about this problem would be very nice!
