Outpost firewall blocking USMLE Q-Bank help

Hi guys,

I downloaded Outpost firewall premium version and I am running a 1 month trial. I have installing FW, I wanted to use my U-World Q-Bank (a little Java app that connects to remote server to give me 2,000 questions etc..). I can see OP FW creating rules for Java automatically however, my app fails to log in. I know this is OP FW problem because after closing FW, I am able to log in without any problem.
The question is how do I manually create permissions for my little q-bank java app so that I can connect to remote server.

EDIT: ooops sorry, wrong section by accident. can someone plz move this for me into the "other firewall" section?
