outlook

Hi i'm having trouble sending and receiving e mails through my outlook express 2003. it's literally taking hours to receive messages. when i do receive them, i can see what time they were sent, and i get day old messages sometimes. or people have asked me if i have received their e mails, and i know i'm not. this has just been happening this past week or so. i called the manufacturer, and they want money to talk to me. i don't know if it's the network, or just my pc. anyways, can you help, or am i barking up the wrong tree. thanks.

At that time (May 20th) you still had a CWS infection. You may want to go to the above link and post a new hijackthis log so the Experts can review it.
