Outlook Web

    Local Outlook is required for Web Outlook or I can safely uninstall Outlook?
    My bro uses Web Outlook. No one needs Local Outlook.

    If by 'Web Outlook' you are referring to 'Oulook.com' then it does not depend on the existence of the (localized) MS Office Outllook app. However, based on my experience Outlook.com imposes far greater size limitations on mail attachments than does MS Office Outlook. For that reason, I prefer MS Office Outlook.

    no need for the mail app if you don't care for it.

    using a web browser is fine but i prefer using something like Thunderbird to manage multiple email accounts.
