outgoing emails spyware?

Hello, when I open outlook express-pccillin scans an outgoing email. I have no drafts or mail in outbox. No record of these in "sent messages". I think this may be spyware. How can I find out more about these emails.

I suspect your computer could be sending out Junk e-mail. Your computer is a spam zombie. Try scanning your computer with spybot and ad-aware first.

I should have mentioned that I run spybot and a couple others and came up empty.

 

Heh, not to mention that cws doesnt send emails..
