    Hello,

I have a USB mouse and a ps2 keyboard, keyboard works fine with os selector but the usb mouse does not work at all. The pointer is visible in the middle of the screen but it will not move. My mouse is a logitech wireless USB mouse.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thank you.

    Three possible workarounds.

    1. Choose 'safe' option on the CD depending on your MB everything may still work.

    2. Boot from the CD and press the F11 button and when the Linux command prompt appears, you'll see
    type in usbmouse=off

    so it'll look like
    .

    If that doesn't work try
    ,

If one of those works then -

    3. Ask Acronis to give you the link to the image that has these parameters embedded into it.

The drawback with #3 is that you'll need to ask Acronis each time you update your DD10.
