Orphaned Orb?

I would like very much to use TI8 with the Castlewood Orb drive I have installed in my system. Unfortunately it does not show up as an option for backup. This particular drive is attached to my parallel port, which could be the problem. Would using a unit with an IDE connection or using a parallel-to-USB conneciton solve this problem?

I should mention that the drives listed by TI* omit a drive letter in the middle of the sequence that just might correspond to this drive.

I done a serch on Castlewood Orb and they only seem to be 2.2gb.

What OS are you using as 2.2gb is not very big to back up to.

I also forgot to say the HDD must be formatted to backup to. [will not be seen]

IDE would be likely to show up but not guaranteed! USB to parallel is unlikely.
