Orange livebox!

    Hello!

    I have Orange broadband with livebox and i am just wondering does it have firewall in it? If it does how good it is?

    It does have an inbuilt firewall info I have not used this, but would think it is basically the same as any standard router with firewall. You should be able to enter the router to check options/setup.

    Check your documents for info on how to access the router.

    To access the router: Try, open your browser, at the top (where you see the address bar) enter 192.168.1.1 then go. This should give you a popup for username/password. This should be username: Admin, Password: Admin (remember to change the password, and keep note of the new password)

    Thanks Stem. I have tried to look for the information on Orange site, maybe i wasnt looking hard enough.:oops:

    Yes i can, thanks for that. It is all sorted now.I am also using OA v2 firewall with it. Is it overkill?

    I do not think so. OA is adding other layers of protection.
