    I installed the trial TI9, and attempted the initial full backup to the Secure Zone.

    No error messages, but it started over one hour ago, and is still active “Operation in Progress 0%”

    This is my second try with the same non-result.

    Last info is “Pending operation 115 started: “Creating Partition Image””.

    This was 1:37 ago!

    Hello RichardMcC,

    Thank you for choosing Acronis Disk Backup Software.

    Please make sure that Acronis Scheduler 2 Service (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services) Startup type is set to Automatic in Properties. If it is not so, please make it so and then reboot your computer.

    If the above doesn't help please run the schedhlp.exe and schedul2.exe (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Acronis\Schedule2) manually in Windows Task Manager (File -> New Task) or do the following:

    - Download the http://www.acronis.com/files/support/schedmgr.exe file;
    - Start the Command Prompt from Start -> Programs -> Accessories menu;
    - Run the following command in the folder you saved the file to:

    schedmgr.exe service restart

    If nothing helps could you please do the following?

    - Open the command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)
    - Run the following command in the folder the file(schedmgr.exe) was saved to:

    schedmgr get report > schedreport.txt

    - Provide schedreport.txt.

    - Enable flags using the following command:

    set logflags support

    - Reproduce the problem and provide the log file.

    Please send the collected information to support@acronis.com along with the link to this thread. We will investigate the problem and try to provide you with the solution.

    We are always at your service should you have any further questions.

    Thank you.
