Opera will not show images on certain sites

When I go to about.com web pages, no images are ever shown, any ideas why, or how to fix it?
Especially this site.

 

My ad filter blocks all the images at that site. When I turn the ad filter off then the images display (I'm using Maxthon not opera but maybe it's enough to point you in the right direction).

 

By all images, do you mean also the logos and all .gifs?

They all display here unless I turn off Show Images.

I just tried the site using Opera 8.5.1 portable and it shows all images at that site. My guess is you have an ad blacker that's mistaking the pix as ads?

 

Opera 8.5 here also and all works well here

 

I got it working. I also have the operaadfilter installed, and it was blocking all ads on about.com, so I removed the block in the filter and it now works.
