USA still the best. But barely.
Ok I'm posting this in 3 different forums (Wilders, Opera & PCLOS).

PCLOS has not released Opera 9.23 to the free non PASS repostitories. I dl'ed the Mandrivia (on which PCLOS is based) rpm version of 9.23 from the Opera site.

I know I can install this with Kpackage.

    My questions are:
Should I uninstall 9.22 through the Synaptic package manager 1st?
    Then install 9.23?
And if so, should I mark 9.22 for Removal or Complete Removal?
As I want to keep my current Opera settings.
Or should I just install 9.23 over 9.22?

    Thanks all.

SOLVED - What worked here was uninstall 9.22 through the Synaptic package manager 1st. Using the Removal option. Then installing 9.23 using Kpackage.

I have installed Opera previously with the Kpackage without any hitches, only thing I would suggest is removing your previous Opera instalation via Synaptic.
