    Actually its the Linux version that has improved here by miles, real stable and fast.

    Again, that means squat, considering we have no guarantee they are done on the same machine. Results can easily be faked, and should not be taken so seriously. For example in this case, Iron scored less than me, but Opera scored more? Totally scewed results, and totally unbelievable. On the previous page of this thread zfactor had overclocked his machine and got similar results to mine. So where does all this magic extra 16k power come from? :rolleyes: Don't believe everything you see online ;)

    Yep so don't believe in everything they say about Google Chrome either, nothing they say about it means squat either. The hardware on that machine is quite impressive, video+cpu included.

    Opera; Chrome; Iron will probably go up... but they also go down before the final is out. But we will see what happens.

    I did say "results". As in ALL the results on that page are flawed since they are obviously not on the same machine.

    Can you take a break from bashing him every 5 seconds? God. These threads were a good resource of information, now every time he makes a post you feel the need to make some inappropriate comment.

    Yes Eice, I also have that issue on win7 with Opera 10.60

    Stop quoting him lol. The reason he's on my ignore list in the first place is so I can filter out the pollution from someone less mature than a 12-year-old.

    I think he means with Opera, as this is the only browser I have the issue on (10.60 not 10.53)

    Stop taking sides till you understand where I am coming from. No one is bashing it, there are no names mentioned, have you seen posts where he gets personal? Stop being selectively blind, I can see your angle here, you are coming down and doing the same on an Opera thread. All I said was no issue like the one claimed, thats my right to counter any sort of issues described.

    This from the original FUD and troll king, an ardent hater and player of devil's advocate, the word maturity doesn't even exist in his case. Everything is personal with him and when you looses, he spews your vitriolic here. He just come on Linux and Opera thread for the fun of repeating his useless POV and nothing ever is really concrete from him. He is worse than pollution, he is raw sewage defined. Stinks up the whole thread, specifically when its to deal with Opera or Linux.

    Please go through previous posts around on Opera and Linux to get your answers. Does it matter really, this thread is about Opera, not me or someone whose sold purpose is to spread FUD against something he doesn't like.

    personally i dont care if one is 1% faster etc which do you prefer to use and which do you feel better using etc is why i would pick my browser they are all plenty fast now....

    Very true, its not speed, rather its the convenience, to me its always been Opera's interface so I stuck to it even when it was the slowest with version 10.10, also the fact that its a total suite and I don't have to open or maintain a separate program for mail, I can mail right from Opera and its HTML rendering engine for its M2 client is quite quick compared to Linux's default Evolution and even Thunderbird. So for browsers its more of interface and features that matters in the end. For some FF's extensions are indispensable, for others its Google's sandbox and then for us its Opera, use what suits you.
