Opera 10.52 Snapshot Updates

    Glad it got fixed;) , that's what these snapshots are for, ie. bug-fixes.:p

    Expecting a final release today.:-*

    Wow... another New RC5 Build 3370 for Windows, 8339 for Mac and 6325 for Linux.

    Here is a further RC5 for Windows and Mac, plus a few UNIX fixes so that you can see what the team has been working on.

    WARNING: This is a development snapshot: it contains the latest changes, but may also have severe issues, including crashes and data loss situations. In fact, it may not work at all.

    This new one is just too good, in Windows and now definitely fastest browser out there for Linux as well, it beats the latest Chrome beta finally.

    pretty fast,,but i think still memory goes up to 199.040K

    i open a second tab,memory went to 223,000K....when closing that tab and working with only one tab the same amount remains like for 20 minutes..after 30 it went down to 213.000K ...after 45m. 208.000K
    --is this a bug?

    You can specify Opera to use memory limit in advanced settings.

    if i specify a memory limit there will be a slowdown when browsing?

    A bit as it will start using disk cache more which is slower than RAM.

    Opera 10.52 will go final anytime now.

    Their ftp server has just been loaded with the final version.:D
