   Don't think you can... Since you will specify your DNS server as only either of them. You can't have resolution from 2 DNS servers simultaneously (at least not in windows).
   
   Your PC will first attempt resolution using Primary DNS server, if it fails/time-out it will try the secondary. Not both together.
