True Image is an excellent, user friendly application. Until recently I have been using Powerquest Drive Image and True image is far superior. I have been having a minor problem, though.

When I go to restore an image, both of my burners as well as my external hard drive are recognized as available choices. When I want to create a new image, only 1 burner and my external hard drive are available.

Here is my most recent request for support:
    Hello,
I am a registered user of True Image, serial # xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
I have 2 CD burners but only 1 is recognized by True Image. Both burners appear in MY COMPUTER and are fully functional in all other applications.

I have emailed you before on another issue and never received a response. The only time that I got an answer from you on a support question was before I purchased the license. At that time my questions were answered within hours.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us and for your interest in Acronis
    True Image (http://www.acronis.com/products/trueimage/)!

Please can you tell me the model of the CD-Writer that is not recognized, and what CD-Writing software do you have installed.

    Thank you.

Thanks for your response. The burner is a Sony, CRX300E. I have the latest Nero burning suite installed.

    Hello --

And what happens if you disconnect the other burner? This one is still not visible?

    Thank you.
