Online Armor trust issue.

I'm currently trialling the Internet Security Pack and it's going well exept for one problem...

When I try to run my Tubedigger program it will come up with a "stopped working" error message and close. If I shut down Online Armor it runs ok.

I got a prompt from OA when I 1st open Tubedigger and I selected, "trust" and "remember my descision" and it's .exe listed in programs as allowed, but still get the error. I also tried learning mode.

The only way I can get it to run ok with OA is to add the whole Tubedigger folder to exclusions in OA's options, but shouldn't a program run ok if it's been marked as trusted?

 

Hi...
- maybe not only one process is needed to proper working of Tubedigger, but "learning mode" should resolve it
- Tubedigger uses proxy or VPN...maybe that is the reason?
- maybe disable option "join Anti-Malware Network"? ("Options" - tab "General")
