Only one sure way for you to know. Backup your system, and try it. No one elses experience will tell you one way or another what will happen on your box.

    Hi blacknight:

I personally wouldn't try it. How does Comodo av rank on av_comparatives?

My last look it wasn't even listed yet in the top tier of av's so unless this has changed, go with what is known to work with OA.

    Nod32
    Antivir
    Kav

    etc

Just my personal take on it.

    You mileage may vary

Ya Pete, I already tried last week with Online Armor and CIS on Vista SP1 ( disabling Online fw and keeping the HIPS features ) = freezing. Sure I use True Image from years, but sometimes I would like to have the answer ready...;)

Thanks, Escalader; ;) Comodo av is not the first av actually, I know it, and I 've been a KAV user, best av IMHO. But I'm studying Comodo av, I want give a chance on the field, on my pc. My HIPS, Returnil and/or other systems that I use can solve potential Comodo av failures.

I thought I seen a post where that someone get OA and Comodo to run together after days of no sleep and it took like thirty minutes or so for bootups LOL.I think it was in here somewhere but can't seem to find it.
