Okay so I just realized that my system turned out to be infected by some trojan, ESS 5 read it as Olmarik.tdl4 trojan, also telling that it's located at sys32 and memory but unable to remove. So I'm suspecting it's the culprit of the BSOD I'm often getting lately. I have tried both
    Win32/Olmarik removal tools
    http://download.eset.com/special/EOlmarikRemover.exe

    olmarik tdl4 http://www.imageup.ru/img75/snimok415866519390.png
    EOlmarikTdl4Cleaner http://download.eset.com/special/EOlmarikTdl4Cleaner.exe
as normal user and admin but they always state that my system is free of olmarik, what the heck? ESS 5 detects it!.
Please anyone help me, Im running win vista business 32bit if that helps.

Have you tryed creating a sysrescue disc with the installed ESS5? its under tools.
I would also reccomend running SFC before you scan with the eset sys rescue cd.
