old .exe files

    is it safe to delete unused .exe files from RegSeeker? ;)

    Define what you mean by "unused"

    examples of what files you are referring to would help too.

    If you have a program that you do not use and have no intention of using it, then by all means get rid of it. But I would make a backup of the Registry before doing such. :)

    I'm guessing you mean the files what are left over after you have done a proper uninstall as deleting .exe files without uninstalling the program first could cause problems.

    Can you clear this up?
