Is it ok to delete scanlog files from a server at this location?
    C:\Program Files\ESET\RA\Server\storage\ScanLog_Details\00\00

They are .DAT files and are taking up almost a GB.

    Cheers

Yes, and you need to make sure that your Scan setup settings are set to not 'List All Files'. This will cause massive log files such as the one you see there.

Also, within the RA Console > Tools > Server Options > Database Maintenance, you can set how long to keep the logs.
