    Do we have anyone involved in high finance who can possibly
    give a clue please, as to who would be making the multi Billions
    from oil futures at this time ?

    I just did a little searching and research and there are so many oil futures traders all over the world that it is hard to decipher who the big winners are. There are a lot of people making a fortune off of the oil industry right now.
