Was that an answer to my inadvertent grammatical mistake or was that an answer to my intended question?

If this flaw does not apply to Wilder's then what is the reason behind it? Is Wilder's using the updated version of vbulletin?

    Raza0007, as the article details:
vBulletin has posted this: Security Patch Release 3.8.6 PL1.

I originally raised the question to our Admins when I saw Defenestration's Post, and without getting into too many details, our forum's database is not publicly accessible, so this bug would not affect us. Wilders does receive all vBulletin alerts and acts upon them as needed.
