Offline shield is off!

    On two of my PCs , both running win7 64, the new offline shield in 8.0.2.14 turns itself off whenever I move from page to page in the GUI, or fails to initiatate when the PC starts, or just turns itself off at random. My broadband connection is solid so it's not a major issue - just a tad annoying.

    Otherwise, a terrific upgrade to an already excellent prog.

    Could you let me know if your PC is centrally managed from the console? The configuration profiles could set it to disable the Offline shield.

    Ah! It didn't occur to me to check that. I've now changed the config setting to user managed and, so far, this setting hasn't turned itself off.
