This enough for a office computer?

    Limited User Account
    Online Armor (Paid)
    A-Squared Anti-Malware (Paid)

Whats this combo like against 0day?

I know Mamutu recently failed 0day testing but how does OA hold up?

In my experience of testing, A2 is about as good as it gets in catching new malware. Prevx is also good - sometimes better, somtimes not, but A2 and Prevx are consistantly better than nearly everything else.

How many PC's you set to deploy this setup on?
Just thinking of end user requests for assistance that's all with initial OA pop-ups?

a-squared could be enough with the windows firewall.

Or even better, just Online Armor++ which has a-squared scanning built in.

i think in an office environment, just A-Squared and windows firewall, plus maybe sandboxie or defensewall if u wanted.

OA culd create issues with the people actually using the computers or just become an irritant making them press allow for everything which then makes it useless.
