There are two updates for Office 2003.
Now, both XP and Office2003 don't get MS updates.
But one can download KB2883042 and KB2883044 32bit .exe files.
So on XP do we run them or not?
One is general for Office2003, and one is for Excel.

    Thank you.
Both updates are for the usual stability and performance, and for migration of shapes between 2003 and 2007 in excel and I guess other office products.
I might skip them since I have no issues, but I agree they clearly state that XP is included.

KB2883044 has the same files and version numbers in it as KB2817474 (MS13-072). No idea what Microsoft is thinking..
