Did you allow it through your firewall?

I didn´t. Should I, in both computers, or only in the computer than downloads? I only use the Windows 10 1703 firewall. How do I allow it?

Not a word about firewalls in the O&O website.

If an app needs to be updated or needs to do something on the Internet, it should be allowed. If you have Windows Firewall Control installed, its as simple as allow through Windows Firewall.

In this case the involved application is the browser. What the program does is to generate a link that is passed to the browser in the computer doing the download. The browser has the necessary permissions enabled. It seems to me similar to a normal download.

Interesting tool. I assume the other person or computer must have direct access to your PC. This probably means you need to allow inbound access, but to me it sounds a bit risky.
