Awesome! My ISP was doing TP (Traffic Shaping) on me, so I asked the senators of my state for copies of numerous Legal books. After reading a few, I called my ISP and one of the things I said was "I will gather thousands of people who use NET Services and we'll prove you're doing TP on us". The result? My connection is fine since then (2012) and they cut my bill from 129 to 59 I don't know if they do TP on other people, but n the end I got a nice result for myself.
