Using a dual-boot MacBook, I got a message "Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt: System32\Drivers\Ntfs.sys " (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/822800). Could this be related to NTFS For Mac? Does NTFS For Mac wrap the Windows ntfs.sys driver or does it leave it alone?

The NTFS for Mac driver is unrelated to the native ntfs.sys file on your Windows installation, this issue was not caused by Paragon.

I would recommed replacing that ntfs.sys file from another machine if you have it available.
