Well after I installed the latest 8.0 onto my MacBook Pro running latest Snow Leopard and updates, this morning I turn it on and all I got is this (thanks to Verbose boot):

Error allocating 0x10 pages at 0x000000000090f00 alloc type 2
Could not allocate driver module memory.

It hangs, reboots and keeps doing it.

Hardware is fine since I can boot into Windows 7.

    Paragon, any ideas?

Strange. Can you post you system.log?
You can get it from Windows: _Mac_Partition: /System/Library/Logs/
