Notification Manager alerts

Hi,
I'm trialing NOD 32 Business and using ERAC to set up a notification that when a threat log surpasses 5 alerts in a 30 minute period for >= 1 clients it sends me an email and log to file.

So I trigger the alert using an EICAR test file.. but the alert never seems to trigger?

There's no log file where I specify, and I never get an email. I have the email server/address/username/password set up under tools->server options->other settings. So I'm a bit confused what's going on here. I've got the notification checked, double checked the email address and path to log file. Nothing seems to do it.


Can anyone give me some assistance?

Had to disable the throttle interval.
