Not happy....feel cheated!

    Hello support,

    I purchased TI8 from your web site !using your UK agent UK phoenixglobalsoftware.co.uk as I wanted to pay

    in pounds not dollars, and I also wanted a disk.

    I received the prog.on Monday 19th Sept. and have'nt even got it to work yet, see Error 70021 on help page and
    you bring go and bring out TI9 the same week.

    Where does this leave me ? My TI8 is not working ? Help from support is not forthcoming! Has support for TI8 ended?

    I feel harddone by!
