Not am happy customer

    I purchased TI8 a while back, registered it, and it showed on the website as such.

    Now my serial key has stopped working, my registration no longer shows on the website, though my personal info does. And I CANT SEND A SUPPORT REQUEST BECAUSE THE STUPID REGISTERED PRODUCT IS REQUIRED TO SEND THE REQUEST!!!

    What have you done with it?

    I know it was there, because I retrieved the key several times.
