Not accepting User name or Password.

I am trying to re-install NOD32 on my parents computer because it always says it is over 400 days past due the free trial, even though they are subscribed until 2009. Now that I have re-installed it, it will not accept the user name or password. This is so frustrating! What am I doing wrong?

And on top of that all, it was showing this stuff in each profile on their computer. Why would it be doing that? It should only be doing it on one of them shouldnt it?

If you still can not get the UN and PW to work after the above, please send both to me and I will check them.
