noscript- Default Settings & Rcmded Changes

Hi PLEASE can someone possiby confirm the following for me ..

1. What the Default settings are for noscript
2. What Changes SHOULD be made in order to tighten up its protection.. like for example turning off the Java cache ...

I keep reading posts here and elsewhere saying don't stick with default , and an explanation thereof BUT I have failed to find a site saying THESE are the default setttings ..

I would like to re-check my current setup & compare it to "default settings" and if need be make the other recommended changes.

Put a check by forbid web bugs.

 

Default settings are the NoScript Reset Button,
" You Should find this in the menu "

Also Default settings are adiquate.

Maybe I misunderstood but from having read numerous sources including in this forum ..I was under the impression that default settiings were not really adequate ( although very good) and that we shoudl make certain changes such as turning off the Java cache..
