I recieved a warning yesterday that I had a trojan adclicker that was detected by my internet security program but my question is did Norton IS protect my computer and remove the threat or do I have to remove it myself ? I clicked on the virus link and it takes you Semtech web sight and tells you about the trojan and then how to remove it , do I have to do all that to remove the trojan or can I delete the file that NIS is telling me that it is in? Thanks

In my experience, it is best to follow directions. :)
