norton antivirus 2005 scan?

    hi for all i have norton antivirus 2005 when iam scanning my computer no virus or trojan threats but if iam scanning my computer by symantec corporation online the result give me :C:\FOUND.002\FILE0111.CHK is infected with Trojan.ByteVerify .i tried by safe mode and stop restore point to make anther scan for this trojan but no threat and zero file infected now i donot know if my computer safe or not? please help me. thanks for all

    Hi osama, not to worry, you are most likely safe. A file with .CHK extension is a file fragment leftover when your CHKDSK utility "fixed" your filesystem. So you can just delete files with .CHK extension. Hope that helps .. Good Luck! ;)
