I just upgraded from Internet Security 2009. I'm really happy with 2010 - seems to work very unobtrusively in background and when computer is idle.

One minor question - when I have left the computer on overnight, I find a message on the screen - "scan cancelled - there are no items to scan". Anyone know what that means?

    Cudni -

Thanks. I had a scheduled scan in the windows scheduler that was left over from Norton 2009. I deleted it and I assume that will fix my problem. I'll know for sure in the morning when the computer has been on overnight.

    zfactor -

I'm not sure what you mean by "trust settings in insight at 100%". Under "computer settings", I have insight network set to "on", but I don't see a place to specify a percentage.
