non recognition

    Location:
    Palm Beach Cty, Florida
    Times New Romancolor=NAVY

    Downloaded SpyBlaster 3.4 on two PCs. HP desk using Win XP, all is well.

    HP Laptop using Win XP, the program does not recognize Firefox. Deleted the 3.4, carefully followed snowboard's instruction and reinstalled. No change; SpyBlaster still does not recognize Firefox. How do I get SpyBlaster to acknowledge the browser?

    Problem still not resolved.

    I have Mozilla 1.04, Cannot find the registry at C:\WINDOWS\APPLICATIONDATA\MOZILLA. or antwhere else.
