    Hi,
    I'm testing nod32lms
    and everything work great except one thing
    when I enable admin notification by setting
    this options
    script_file = "/etc/nod32/nod32d_script"
    exec_script = yes
    in /etc/nod/nod32.cfg file

    nod32d starts creating zombie processess like that one

    root 2987 0.0 0.0 0 0 ? Z 18:52 0:00 [nod32d_script <defunct>]

    whenever there is an e-mail with virus.
    This is quite anoing.
    I'm using Debian 3.0r2 with kernel 2.4.24
    I'm guessing there is a bug in nod32d which
    doesn't call or fail to call waipid() routine to get the return value
    from it's child process which it creates when executing
    nod32d_script
    Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

    ESET has been informed and working on the problem.

    Hello,
    are you really using the latest version of NOD32 for LMS? If possible, please give it a try.
