NOD32 x64 freezing on installation

    I'm trying to install the 64-bit version on vista ultimate 64, but after inserting user nam/password and enabling detection of unwanted programs thats as far as I get, it then freezes. On trying to cancel it with task manager and try reinstalling i get a message that another installation is taking place, and to cancel. This is madness, I cant even get that damn thing installed, whats going on :mad:

    Hello,

    The ESET install file uses the Windows Installer. If the installer is locking up then it may be because of a problem with the Windows Installer. You should try downloading the Windows Installer 4.5 located here and try installing it to see if the ESET installer will finish.

    What Service Pack do you have?
    What previous antivirus did you have?
    Have you had any issues with installing any other software?

    Did you try the Windows Installer link I mentioned before?
