NOD32, why this problem?

Hello,
I use NOD32 v.2.12.4. It find a Trojan but it does'nt succeed to delte or disinfect it.
In fact when NOD32 finds it, I don't see any enabled button.
There is "Leave" enable only.
That Trojan is:
File C:\Documents and Settings\Adriano\Impostazioni locali\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\YROJ6P2N\0006_regular[1].cab is infected with trojan Win32/TrojanDownloader.IstBar. NOD32 cannot clean this infiltration.
Every time I run NOD32, it finds that Trojan.
What can I do, please?

Thanks for your reply but I'm sorry there isn't IE folder in Temporary Internet Files. What Have I to do, please?

 

To clear IE cache, open IE - Tools - Internet Options and click "Delete files".
