   Can anyone tell me whether NOD32 cleans the registry entries that viruses make to when they infect a computer.
   
   I've had someone ask me about the Agobot.3.mo and whether NOD32 cleans it. . .
   
   I've also been told NOD didnt clean a protoride.a registry entry that kept poping up asking for the deleted file whenever an executable was accessed.
   
   Does NOD32 clean registry for viruses?

   I don't know of any antivirus that cleans the registry. If I am wrong, we will soon hear.
   
   Better to have backups for the registry and critical files in case they are damaged.
