   Can I install NOD32 v4 "over" NOD32 v3?
   
   Or do I completely uninstall NOD32 v3?

   I've installed V4 over V3 fine, PC needed a reboot tho.

   I did the same - and yes, a reboot is required.
   
   Update servers are also DOWN at the moment, so I would wait a day if it was my machine...
