    Hi all,

Once again I'm trying to let a program have full access to the internet without any live scanning on interference from the new NOD32 v4. In v3 I could place a X in a selected box, not in v4: https://www.wilderssecurity.com/showthread.php?t=190673

In v4 I've added the whole directory of the program + the .exe in Web Access Protection / Exclusions and after a reboot under Protection Status / Statistics the live scanning is still going on.

How do I stop this please?

    Cheers Webby

Are you using Vista? If so, what problems do you experience with http scanning enabled for all applications?

    Hello Marcus,

I'm now using Vista 64Bit Business with the NOD 32 default settings.. We've been here before....... if you remember I'm helping to build a Search Engine and crawling 4 million websites a day, with Web Access Protection off, everything works ok. With it on is another matter NOD 32 has a lot of work to do and I end up with Temp files by the GB's and massive slowdowns in my system. I need to stop the live scanning of the search node!
